Shipping Policy
We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

$5 flat shipping fee. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Hawaii & Alaska
A flat $12 shipping fee applies due to additional carrier costs.
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
Free shipping is not available for these regions.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy
We hope you are happy with your Re: products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged
2. Process

- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the
product is defective or incorrect
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Final sale items or damaged items due to misuse are non-refundable
4. Final Sale
- Opened skincare products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
